At Luxury Porchscapes, we want every seasonal display to be a beautiful, stress-free experience. Please review the following policies before placing your order:

Natural Products

Our pumpkins, gourds, and mums are natural items and may vary in size, shape, and color.
Because they are organic products, they may naturally attract critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, or insects. Luxury Porchscapes is not responsible for damage caused by animals or pests.

Mums & Plant Care

Mums require regular watering to stay vibrant. Luxury Porchscapes is not responsible if mums wilt or die due to lack of watering or care after delivery/installation.

Photography & Marketing

We love showcasing our seasonal work! Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, Luxury Porchscapes reserves the right to photograph and share images of your porch display on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Pumpkin Longevity

Pumpkins are perishable and will naturally soften over time.
If a pumpkin shows premature rot within the first 7 days, Luxury Porchscapes will review and may replace it on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Deliveries & Add-Ons

Packages include delivery within our service area. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside this area.
DIY packages are delivery only, with optional styling available for an additional fee.
